Our Kids BJJ program is designed for two age groups: Kids I (ages 4-7) and Kids II (ages 8-13). We focus on the fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, incorporating self-defense skills and fun, active workouts tailored for children.
In addition to the technical training, we emphasize our school’s core principles: discipline, respect, and self-confidence. Our goal is to not only teach children effective martial arts techniques but also to help them develop essential life skills that will benefit them both on and off the mat.
Join us for a journey of growth, learning, and fun!
